Is Bleaching Right For Me?

May 10, 2012

Everyone seems to be bleaching their teeth these days. Esthetics is incredibly important to everyone ( well most everyone) and straight white teeth are the first things other people see .They say so much about you and your self respect. Bleaching can be done professionally by our office staff for a great result. It does not harm the teeth when used as directed. The results are amazing. Teeth can also be straightened with veneers over a two week time span and will look wonderful when done. Orthodontic tooth straightening can also be done if the crookedness or crowding is severe. Over the counter bleaching works also, but just not as well and not as fast.

Anything done to enhance one's appearance, starting with the teeth, will make you feel and look younger and boost your self image. We can help a great deal .

Resorption is a natural but sometimes problematic process where the body's own cells break down and absorb the hard tissues of the tooth. While it’s often linked to trauma, infection, or orthodontic treatments, resorption can also occur spontaneously.

Experiencing a sudden flash of pain or a mild tingling sensation when biting into sweet or sour foods or sipping hot or cold beverages? You may be dealing with sensitive teeth. This discomfort can be intermittent; however, if you’re experiencing constant pain, it could indicate a more serious underlying issue. It’s essential to discuss your symptoms with your dentist to identify the cause and find the appropriate treatment.
