To my valued patients,

For the past 47 years, I have been immensely blessed to do what I love to do every week of my life. My passion for dentistry extends to the relationships I’ve built with individuals, families and many multi-generational families throughout my career. I can’t imagine having a more fulfilling profession than I have had serving and knowing you. 

I also know that it is time for me to step away from my work commitments to spend more time with my wife and family and to pursue some interests that a more flexible schedule will allow. Over several months, careful consideration has been given to find a dentist for my practice who is exceptionally qualified both professionally and personally.   

I am delighted to introduce you to Dr. Annie Mazure-Schmidt who is assuming the office and will begin seeing patients beginning Monday, September 16th. Dr. Mazure-Schmidt, born and raised locally, received both her General Dentistry degree and undergraduate degree at the University of Washington. Additionally, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Birmingham Veteran Affairs Clinic with a predominant focus in prosthodontics, endodontics, implants and oral surgery. Returning to the Seattle area, she became a single practitioner at a private dental practice with offices in Edmonds and Renton. Annie and her husband enjoy keeping active by hiking during the summers and skiing during wintertime. Together, they have traveled the world and she has many interesting stories she is excited to share. I know Dr. Mazure-Schmidt looks forward to getting to know each of you and building a lasting relationship for years to come. 

While it is bittersweet to leave a career I have thoroughly enjoyed, I have the utmost confidence and comfort that Dr. Mazure-Schmidt will enhance this practice with her expertise, experience, and pleasant personality. We will work diligently together to ensure a smooth transition and delivery to you the high quality of care that you have been used to. You can continue to expect the same warm welcome and care by Traci, Linda, Corrie, Debbie, and Genna who you have known.
